Sadly, there is still too little studies offered to substantiate the benefits of yoga as a treatment for psychological problems.
    The reason we know so very little may be a combination of poor research style, the difficulty of standardizing studies, and just the sheer recency of the arrival on yoga as a potential adjunct treatment for psychological disorders.
    In a recent analysis, a team of experts in the US and India conducted a systematic analysis of the scientific literature to assess the advantages of yoga for depression, schizophrenic psychosis, ADHD, sleep complaints, still as psychological feature and consumption disorders.
